Nowadays diseases are posing a great difficulty to the medical fraternity; these diseases have devastated the lives of people affected with such diseases and still many have to put up with such ordeal. But seldom people know that Ayurveda medicines have the power to affect the diseases at the root level; washing off the medical conditions and promoting health. Even I belonged to such a group of people until I came to know about the treatment methods and later experienced it myself.

I work in the Department of Police and been suffering from disturbances related to the gastro-intestinal system for about 8-10 years; leaving me with heartburn, sour belching, a sensation of hot air emanating from the stomach, distention of the abdomen, pain below the chest region, anorexic feeling leaving me uncomfortable. I had visited many doctors and specialist and took medicines and even used get admitted to the hospitals often; I went through many diagnostic procedures including angiogram but no relief.

During such times (3 years back) I happen to came to know about SKAMC & H (An institute of Ayurveda by Adichunhanagiri samsthe) in RPC layout Bangalore, I met Dr Murthy who was then working as RMO and went through a thorough consultation. He understood my conditions and suggested me Ayurveda therapies for about a period of 8 days (in empty stomach every day). The therapies consisted of external therapies like Ayurveda massages and internal cleansing therapies known as Panchakarma; later I was prescribed some tablets and syrups along with diet modifications, which I followed and gradually noticed that my problems started resolving. Currently I am completely cured and do not have any of my previous complaints.

Even today I keep these medicines which were prescribed to me and use them often when I encounter some digestive problems and within no minutes I become perfectly normal. I have learnt that Ayurveda medicines and treatments are helpful in such conditions and have recommended many people to take Ayurveda medicines.
