I have been suffering from disturbances related to the gastro-intestinal system for about 8-10 years; leaving me with heartburn, sour belching, a sensation of hot air emanating from the stomach, pain below the chest region, anorexic feeling leaving me uncomfortable. Dr. Murthy suggested me Ayurveda therapies for about a period of 8 days (in empty stomach every day). The therapies consisted of external therapies like Ayurveda massages and internal cleansing therapies known as Panchakarma; later I was prescribed some tablets and syrups along with diet modifications, which I followed and gradually noticed that my problems started resolving. Currently I am completely cured and do not have any of my previous complaints.
